Think Twice Before You Give a Puppy as a Gift for Xmas

 

Dogster presents an excellent case for why puppies are not necessarily the greatest holiday gifts. In an article entitled "A Puppy is not a Present," the site reports that gifting a pup may be a novelty at first, but then when the novelty wears off, the dog could suffer from serious neglect.
